Ordering

Standard UK delivery

Standard delivery within the is charged by the total weight of your order. Orders are sent out by first class post and should ordinarily arrive within three to seven working days of receipt. However, if your item is out of stock, please allow up to ten working days for delivery.

Europe and Global delivery

We are happy to deliver anywhere in the world. Delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order and are based upon the order being delivered within Europe or outside of Europe .
Orders are sent out by airmail and should ordinarily arrive within ten working days of receipt.

Any customs or import duties levied once your parcel reaches your country will be the responsibility of the customer. Obviously we have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.

Hong Kong and U.A.E.

We do also have warehouses both in Hong Kong and Dubai, UAE where online orders are sent out at local P&P costs – as can be seen at checkout. Methods of Payment

We accept a wide range of credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, MasterCard Delta and PayPal as well as bank cheque. Your card will be charged immediately upon confirmation of order.Our prices are quoted in pounds Sterling (£), US Dollars and Euros. International orders will be transacted at the exchange rates prevailing at the time of purchase.

For payments by cheque, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming order of goods as well as cheque payment and details for cheque payment ie payment details and address to send the cheque. Goods will only be dispatched upon clearance of cheque.

Order Confirmation

We will send you an email upon confirmation of placing an order.This information will include details of your order, as well as your chosen delivery address. Your goods will then be sent out directly and your card automatically charged. If there will be any delay in delivery, we will notify you by email.

Urgent Orders

Returns & Exchanges

We do hope you will always be delighted with your purchases from StarBlu, but if you are in anyway dissatisfied, you may return or exchange your goods.Returns

We accept returns providing they are unused, unwashed, in a resaleable condition and are returned within 14 days of receipt.

To return an item simply return your original invoice, which will be sent with your order, and enclose it with the returned goods to the following address :-

We will refund your card used for the full amount of your of payment of the returned product, less delivery charges, (unless the goods you received are faulty or not as ordered)

Please note that StarBlu is not responsible for return postage. When you return your goods, please obtain proof of postage as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

As you would expect there are no returns or exchanges on sale items.

Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed once they reach us and a further 7 working days for your amount to be refunded on your credit card .

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange any of the items you ordered, please follow the instructions above indicating that you would like an exchange on the returns form.
