Ordering, Delivery and Returns

1. If my product is the wrong size for me, can I exchange?
A. Yes! We are happy to exchange any products that don’t fit or if you don’t find them suitable. Just return the unused product back to us and we’ll give you a full refund or indeed exchange it for another colour/style.

2. What is StarBlu address?
A. If you are returning goods for refund or exchange please send them to: StarBlu, c/o P.A. Enterprises Ltd, Unit 1A, Benwick Road Industrial Estate, Benwick Rd, Whittlesey, Peterborough, PE7 2HD OR please check with us if we can give you an international address.

3. How quickly can I expect to receive my StarBlu products?
A. For orders in the UK, we send them out to you by first class post and should ordinarily arrive within three to five working days of receipt. Any orders for Europe or globally, are sent out by airmail and should ordinarily arrive within ten working days of receipt.

4. How much are the postal and delivery charges?
A. Delivery is based on the total weight of the products in your order. At checkout, you will see the weight of your order, and we work out the postal and packaging charges accordingly and dependent if it’s being delivered in the UK, Europe or internationally.

5. How can I request express delivery?
A. If your order is very urgent or you require an express delivery, please telephone us as soon as you place your order and where possible we will arrange a courier to have it delivered to you as soon as possible. 6. On an exchange, what if I choose a product from a different line than the one I ordered?
This is fine. We would refund or charge any difference in price.

7. Can I return or exchange a sale item?
Sorry, as you would expect, there are no returns or exchanges on sale items.

Fit and sizes

1. What can I do if the product I’ve ordered doesn’t fit?
A. We are happy for you to return or exchange your goods if they don’t fit and we can offer you another size if you wish, or a full refund.

2. Are your products a standard size and fit?
A. We have attached a detailed sizing chart as a link, on each product page. We have been careful to specifically state the sizing for each product range and for what size they will fit. If you have any questions though, please feel free to drop us an email or give us a call and we’ll be delighted to help you in more detail.

Privacy and security

1. Why do we need to give you telephone and email details at checkout?
Occassionally there may be the need to contact you should there be a delay in dispatch of your goods or indeed a postal problem.

2. How secure is it to pay by credit card or paypal online?
A. StarBlu has totally secure payment systems. StarBlu uses totally secure payment systems.Starblu uses Paypal and Worldpay (WP) for all credit card payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you\’re using an approved browser – one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Once your information reaches us, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Our servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

1. How do I wear my Dress Wrap?
A. Hold the wrap in front of you with the armholes at the top. Place your right arm through the right-hand-side armhole, and then wrap the material across the front of your body, under your left arm, around your back, under your right arm bringing the material across the front of your body. Then insert your left arm through the remaining armhole.

2. How long are gift vouchers valid for?
A. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date or purchase.

3. Can your gift vouchers be used in retail outlets?
A. StarBlu gift vouchers are for use on-line only and are not valid against our products sold within retail outlets.

4. Can the gift vouchers be used for on-line purchasing worldwide?
A. Absolutely! You can use your gift voucher for the purchase of any of our on-line products, even the sale items. Products can be dispatched globally.

5. What is the best way to care for my swimwear?
If you follow these simple swimwear care instructions, you will get lots of wear and enjoyment from all your StarBlu swimwear: Chlorine, perspiration, alcohol, oil, suntan lotions must be removed. RINSING IS NOT ENOUGH. We recommend hand washing in fresh lukewarm water Dry flat in the shade. Never wring, twist or put in washer or dryer. Do not use bleach or Woolite. Do not dry clean. Avoid prolonged soaks in jacuzzis and hot tubs. Avoid direct contact with abrasive surfaces. StarBlu uses high quality fabrics and dyes available, however, due to the continual exposure to sun and chlorine, we cannot guarantee against fading.
